Michael holds a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from the Flourishing Center in New York, which is one of the world’s leading institutions in the field of Positive Psychology.

In addition to his work as an entrepreneur and a consultant, Michael has served as a licensed mental health practitioner, educator, and keynote speaker for more than 13 years, where he’s trained 3,000+ mental health professionals.
